Occasionally the VB Helper Web site goes down so it is unavailable. Of course if you are reading this from the Web now, the site is running.

If you get a message similar to "Unable to open file for writing" or "Unable to create temporary file," your browser is probably configured to save files to a directory where you do not have write permission or to a directory that doesn't exist. Check your browser's configuration and figure out where it is trying to save the file.

If you still cannot get your browser to save the file, email RodStephens@vb-helper.com and tell me what file you want. I will email it back to you as an attachment.
